With Van Life Weekly we keep you update on everything we’re doing on a daily basis while traveling in our camper van around Europe. This week might not be the most interesting to you since we’ve mostly spent time with my family in Auvergne and didn’t really do much traveling.
The Inter-Celtic Festival in Lorient (France), is an otherworldly, easy-going and fun event which highlights traditions, music and dances from Celtic nations all over the world. You will never imagine how far through time and space you will travel by attending this magical event in Brittany.
With Van Life Weekly we keep you update on everything we’re doing on a daily basis while traveling in our camper van around Europe. I remember visiting Saint-Malo as a child, and being completely taken by its fortified walls, encircling a city made of stones and protecting it from the sea – from where my imagination considered pirates might come. To me, it was a corsair city all right, with abundant corners to hide in, the strong smell of […]
We have been on a Harry Potter weekend in London and it was mind-blowing (at least for me – but it’s safe to say Simone enjoyed it). From brunch to a late night visit to the exhibition in London – not forgetting a bus tour and the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio – we have […]
If you’re on a Harry Potter weekend in London, you cannot miss the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio. It’s a one of the Harry Potter attractions in London (ok, Leavesden) that are 100% worth their price, and you’ll have the time of your life. Portballintrae : Day trip to the sea from Belfast After our time at Whiterocks beach and as the weather wasn’t so great, we decided to hit the next town on our list. It happened to be Portballintrae, chosen for its beautiful pictures on google and perfect to end our day trip to the sea from Belfast. […]
Despite living in Belfast for 5 months, we didn’t explore much out of the city, except for the freaking amazing Game of Thrones tour we went on. However, seeing a couple of beaches in Northern Ireland and going on a day trip to the beach from Belfast was definitely on our bucket list. We checked […]

One of the things we had promised each other to do before leaving Belfast was one of the tours of Game of Thrones filming locations in Northern Ireland. Missing the filming locations here around Belfast was not an option, especially as the tours […]
